• Sent to MDs of c12,000 UK SMEs on the Next Generation Network footprint
• 43% operate out of more than one office
• 76% have between 10 and 100 employees

  Highlights

• 97% are still using broadband
• 8% are using a hosted telephone system
• 55% said they could explain Cloud Communications
• 58% were satisfied with their overall cost of communications
